I asked the customers if the texture was soft inside out, they said crunchy outside soft inside. More customers came later, to my surprised they ordered sweet potatoes as well, it looked completely different from my order, the fries were beautifully stacked and with chives sprinkled on top.And I told the waiter to look, he agreed with me that it looks different. I was not happy about his attitude, he made me wait for a long time and there was no other customer except me. I thought this is dish they should never serve. I also asked him if the fries supposed to be soft and limped inside out, he said yes. I asked him about the chives, first, he said it was not available and then changed to it was in the dip. So I told him that I only want to speak to the chef, this time the chef or sou chef came out after 15 minutes of me waiting. He went in and this time took the longest time and yet brought out another small dish of coriander leaves. He looked very perturbed, so I asked to speak to the chef that made my dish. Then I said I only want to know why there were no chives like how the menu stated. I have asked the waiter about the chives and he went into the kitchen and brought out spring onions. to my great disappointment, it came out without chives and the fires just laid flat and soft on the wooden tray. In one of the occasions, I ordered sweet potatoes fries, it clearly mentioned on the menu that it comes with chives but. I visited BRIQ at least 3 times during my last trip to KL because I like the varieties of craft beer they served.
